We are offering email broadcasting to its over 8500 community and media contacts as a service for $105 each. Send your announcements to us at least two weeks before the event date.

EVENT INFORMATION GUIDELINES

Provide event information in the following order:

• sponsoring group
• event title
• day, date, time
• name of the building, full address
• city, province/state
• short description of event
• ticket prices if applicable
• contact information phone numbers (include area code), email and website if available

FORMATS:

• Plain Text
• Word
• Image-poster - graphic specifications
• JPG, GIF or TIF format, Resolution: 300 dpi
• If your image has a lot of detail -- max. 620 pixels wide
• If your image has simple large text -- max. 410 pixels wide
